The PIARS - International Sonic Arts Award is aimed at the production and promotion of sonic arts at an international level.

PRIZES
The PIARS Award includes an exhibition and the awarding of prizes in cash.
The winner of each category will receive a prize of €500 [euro].
An additional award is made available by the label FRATTO9 records; it will choose an artist among all participants to release a cd on its label. The communication of the winners is scheduled for May 2013
CATEGORIES
The award is divided into four categories: Sound Art / Experimental Music / Acousmatic / Soundscapes
JURY
The jury selected by the organization includes artists of international standing.
Sound Art: Max Eastley, Robin Rimbaud, Taylor Deupree
Experimental Music: David Toop, Gunter Muller, Rhodri Davies
Acousmatic: Lionel Marchetti, Christian Calon, Elio Martusciello
Soundscapes: Peter Cusack, Justin Bennett, Olivia Block
ADMISSION FEE
The prize encourages the participation of artists of all levels, with the only limit of 18 y/o but without limitation of qualification neither of the curriculum.
Submission fee is €25 for the first work and €15 for the second.
Submission fee is €15 for the artists under 35 y/o for each work.
You can only enter one work for category.

Il premio è finalizzato alla produzione e alla promozione delle arti sonore a livello nazionale ed internazionale.

PREMI
Il PIARS | Premio Internazionale Arti Sonore prevede la realizzazione di un evento espositivo e l’assegnazione di premi in denaro.
Al vincitore di ogni categoria verrà riconosciuto un premio di €500

Un ulteriore premio è messo a disposizione dall’etichetta FRATTO9 records, che sceglierà un artista fra tutti i partecipanti per realizzare un cd. La comunicazione dei vincitori è prevista per maggio del 2013.CATEGORIE

QUOTA D'ISCRIZIONE
Il premio incoraggia la partecipazione di artisti di ogni livello, ponendo il solo limite della maggiore età per chi si candida ma senza limiti né di qualifica o né di curriculum.
La quota d'iscrizione è fissata in €25 per la prima opera e €15 per la seconda.
La quota d'iscrizioni per gli artisti sotto i 35 anni è di €15 per ogni opera. E' ammessa l'iscrizione di una sola opera per categoria.
